Infidelity often begins long before two people become physically involved. It can start with inappropriate friendships, secret conversations, emotional attachments, flirtatious exchanges, and boundaries that are slowly crossed. 👀💔
Protect your Marriage by being intentional about your boundaries! 👩🏽🤝👨🏾🙏🏾💍❤️
Be mindful of coworkers and others who seem overly interested in your personal life, constantly offer themselves as someone you can confide in, or shower you with excessive and suggestive compliments. What may appear to be innocent attention can gradually develop into an emotional connection that threatens your marital covenant.
Not every friendly gesture has hidden intentions, but every Married person should recognize when friendliness begins crossing the line into inappropriate territory!
Regardless of the challenges you may be experiencing in your Marriage, don’t allow temporary frustrations, unmet needs, or outside attention to open a door that should remain CLOSED! 🚪🔒
Set clear boundaries. Avoid secretive communication. Don’t entertain conversations that dishonor your Spouse. Maintain healthy, physical, social, and emotional boundaries, and never allow another person to occupy a place in your heart that belongs to your Husband or Wife.
Remember, the enemy doesn’t always attack your Marriage through something obvious. Sometimes the temptation comes disguised as someone who simply understands you, listens to you, or makes you feel appreciated! ⚠️
