Never Give up !!
Some of us are old enough to remember IKE screaming this after catching that monster in the Bassmaster Classic.
But on our level. “Never give up”can mean something entirely different. How can we possibly equate this to our own lives. Well,, the Bible says in 1st Thessalonians 5:17 to “Never stop Praying”. What are we needing ? A breakthrough in our lives , marriage, finances, job , kids? You name it ! Fill in your blank.
Point is what if today is the day of the breakthrough?! What if today is the day the prayer is answered? All because you never stopped asking, you never stopped talking to your savior, you never gave up. And today is the day that James 5:16 comes to reality for you and “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” Shows up in your life.

Welcome Roger Perkins — new Director for Alabama Central Classic.
Roger has spent more than 30 years in and around the fishing industry as an angler and as a co-owner of Crusher Lures and Southern Spincasting. He also serves as a Chilton County Commissioner.
God had been putting a burden on him to serve. When this local opening came, he and Crystal prayed and fasted, then said yes. They want Alabama Central to grow in participation — and even more, to bring Jesus to others and serve.
“The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.” — Proverbs 18:10
If Alabama Central is your home water, go say hello.
