Today we celebrated Grandma Ana Hurrell's 98th Birthday. Thank you, Lord, for blessing us with such a loving, faithful, and devoted follower of Christ. Grandma Ana has such a beautiful heart for the Lord and for our church. She loves to garden, and she especially enjoys making sure our church garden looks beautiful, nice, and clean. Every Saturday morning, rain or shine, at 6:00 AM, Grandma Ana faithfully comes to church to lead our prayer group. She continues to remind us of the power of prayer and the importance of keeping God at the center of all we do. We love you so much, Grandma Ana! Thank you for your faithfulness, your prayers, your love, and the beautiful example you continue to be for all of us.

Happy 98th Birthday, Grandma Ana Hurrell!
May the Lord continue to bless you with joy, strength, and many more beautiful years!

Today was an emotional worship service, but we could truly feel Grandma Fehi’s spirit and presence with us. As we sang one of her favorite Tongan hymns as our special music today, it felt like a beautiful reminder of the love, faith, and memories she shared with us and with our church family. We will miss her presence, her faithful service, and all the little things she did that made our church feel like home.

Rest peacefully, Fehi. You are no longer in pain, but safely home with the Lord. You will forever remain in our hearts.

Condolences & Prayers for the Hansen Family 🤍🕊️

Our deepest condolences and prayers go out to Lelauti Heimoana Fineanganofo-Lilomaiava, Blair, their children, and the entire family on the passing of their beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother Fehi Hansen, a devoted and faithful member of our New Vision United Methodist Church family.

Fehi’s second home was New Vision UMC. She loved being at church gardening alongside Grandma Ana Hurrell cleaning and organizing the kitchen, cooking and baking, and most importantly, making sure the flowers for our sanctuary were beautifully prepared and ready every Saturday morning for Sunday worship service.

Her hands were always serving, her heart was always giving, and her presence was a blessing to our church family. Last night at 11:23 PM, Fehi took her last breath surrounded by her only daughter Nadine and family. Although our hearts are heavy with grief, we find comfort knowing that she is no longer in pain and has gone peacefully home to be with the Lord to the home we call everlasting life.

Fehi, we love you, and we will forever carry your love, your service, your faith, and your beautiful memory in our hearts. 🕊️❤️

“Well done, good and faithful servant.” - Matthew 25:23

May God surround Nadine, Blair, their children, and the entire family with His peace, strength, and comfort during this difficult time. Rest peacefully, Fehi. Until we meet again. 🤍🕊️
