Snowball Christian Church has its vision based on five points:
1. Love God with all your heart
Matthew 22:37 “ Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind". When we express our love for God with all our heart, all our soul and all our thinking, we worship Him. We were created by God to have a relationship with Him, and this
relationship is expressed by our communion and intimacy, resulting in a life of worship.
2. Love your neighbor as yourself
The word we use is to serve. We are called to serve one another, and this is the role of the Church, to manifest the kingdom of God demonstrating the character of Christ as it is written in the Gospel of Mark 10:45 " For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”
3. Go and make disciples
The Church’s purpose is to preach the word of God to the world. As the letter from the Apostle Paul to the Corinthians says "...we are ambassadors for Christ" 2 Corinthians 5:20, we are God’s representatives on earth to manifest and preach the gospel of the kingdom. We understand that this is the responsibility of every Christian, to share the good news wherever God sends us.
4. Baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit
Matthew 28:19 " Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost." We understand that when we love God and serve Him as Jesus did, we are encouraged to go, preach the gospel and make disciples, generating fruit of repentance that results in a genuine baptism and a real decision for Christ.
5. Teach Obedience
The word we usually use is discipleship. Discipleship is to teach obedience. It is a process that one becomes more like the Lord Jesus Christ in thoughts, words, feelings and attitudes. We live what the Apostle Paul wrote to the churches of Galatia in the letter of Galatians 2:20 "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
