What a year it has been! From holiday celebrations and Shabbos dinners to learning, community events, visits to seniors, support for those in need, and countless moments of connection — this past year was filled with Jewish joy, inspiration, and impact.

✨ From Our Table to Yours: Thank You! ✨

Last week, we gathered for a truly special evening to celebrate the heart and soul of our Chabad community—you!

From the savory brisket and comforting soups to the sushi, flaky burekas, and decadent chocolate mousse, it was a night to remember. But the best part wasn't just the incredible food; it was sharing it with the incredible people who make everything we do possible. 💙

To all of our Chabad Club members: Thank you for keeping the lights on at Chabad. Your dedication, generosity, and support are what allow our community to thrive, learn, and grow together week after week.

We couldn't do any of this without you. Thank you for being our true partners in every sense of the word! 🥂

🍎🍯 What a Season of Jewish Joy! 🍯🍎

The High Holidays and Sukkot were filled with prayer, delicious food, meaningful moments, laughter, music, and community at Chabad House Jewish Center!

🍎 Rosh Hashanah

More than 200 men, women, and children joined us for Rosh Hashanah! We celebrated with traditional holiday services, holiday meals and dinners, a beautiful Kabbalah service led by Rochy, a special children’s service, and so many meaningful moments together.

We also brought the spirit of Rosh Hashanah to the seniors at The Willows in Medway, visiting with residents, sharing the joy of the holiday, and making sure everyone could feel connected to the Jewish community. ❤️

🤍 Yom Kippur

Yom Kippur began with delicious honey cakes and an inspiring sermon from Rabbi Mendy, followed by heartfelt prayers, beautiful melodies, and a day of reflection and connection.

And then came the grand finale… Break Fast! 🥯🥗🍰 A delicious community meal made possible by the generosity of our wonderful community members.

🌿 Sukkot & Simchat Torah

And the celebrations continued!

Our Sukkah was busy with meals, programs, friends, and lots of Jewish joy.

🍰 Children decorated their own Dot Etrog Cakes
📚 Women gathered for Women’s Book Club
🍕 The men enjoyed a Men’s Pizza Party
🎉 We celebrated with a Simchat Torah party
📜 We danced in the streets with the Torahs!

And there was certainly no shortage of delicious food! We enjoyed everything from brisket, stuffed cabbage, and deli sandwiches to mushroom, butternut, kreplach, and vegetable soups—with plenty of good food and even better company.

From the first sound of the shofar to dancing with the Torah, these holidays reminded us what Jewish community is all about: coming together, celebrating together, and making memories together. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who joined, volunteered, cooked, sponsored, prayed, danced, visited, and helped make this holiday season so special.

📚❤️ A Wonderful Afternoon at Women’s Book Club! (Last week)

What a special afternoon of great conversation, inspiration, and connection!

We gathered to discuss "I Never Met the Rebbe Many Times" by David Nesenoff — sharing stories, insights, and personal reflections on the Rebbe’s impact on Jewish communities around the world.

And we had a very special surprise! Author David Nesenoff joined us on Zoom and answered questions from the group, sharing his thoughts and stories behind the book. It made the discussion even more meaningful!

Of course, no book club is complete without good food and good company. We enjoyed a delicious light lunch together in the Sukkah, and plenty of warm conversation. 🥗🍲☕️
