Knights of Columbus Milford, PA - Our Lady of the Mountain Council #9832 The Knights of Columbus, Our Lady of the Mountain Council #9832, was founded in 1988 and serves as a Service Ministry for St. Mary's Church in New Haven, Conn.

Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Milford, PA. Our Lady of the Mountain Council #9832 was founded in Milford, Pa., with 55 members. That number has grown to nearly 200 today. Our Council helps Catholic men (age 18 and older) put their faith into action and give back to the St. Vincent de Paul Parish as well as the local community. Council #9832's commitment to charity, unity, and fraternity has never been stronger. The Knights of Columbus was founded in 1882 by Father Michael J. McGivney, a 29-year-old assistant pastor at St. His mission was to create a fraternal organization for Catholic men, focused on charity and helping families of deceased members. Today, the Knights of Columbus consists of more than 2 million members throughout the U.S. and many other countries around the world. Father McGivney was officially beatified on October 31, 2020.

The St. Vincent de Paul Parish community is kicking off a 13-month-long celebration recognizing the church's five decades serving this wonderful community. Last night at St. Vincent de Paul Parish, the new slate of Knights of Columbus Milford, PA - Our Lady of the Mountain Council #9832 Officers was installed for the upcoming Columbian year.

Our monthly breakfast that was scheduled for Sunday July 12 has been canceled. We hope to see everyone in August!
