CEF Prayer Warrior Letter
March 2026
This month is Daylight Savings Time and it reminds me of our mission in CEF, to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, disciple them in the Word of God and in a local church for Christian living. As our MJP Prayer Warriors, we are thankful that you bring our office staff, our teacher and helpers, and our precious boys and girls and our faithful bus drivers, to the throne of God each day. Without your prayers for each part of our ministry, we could not do the work God has called us to do. We thank you for remembering Joe and Virginia, who do much footwork and planning to make each season's ministry run smoothly. We Praise the Lord for each of you!
PRAYER REQUESTS:
1. For New Bloomfield Elementary School that will be starting an ASGNC on Thursday, March 5th. They 46 children registered. Three teachers will be running this club. We need prayer for more to volunteer to the keep the child/helper ratio up to standard.
2. For our Released Time ending on the week of April 5th. Pray for a strong finish because God is working in the hearts of our children.
3. Because of the increase in child attendance we need more helpers to come forward in our existing RT and ASGNS's.
4. For our "March Bus Bank Campaign", for funds to be raised to help defray the cost of buses used to transport boys and girls to RT.
5. For Virginia and Joe as they speak with the students interested in being CYIA summer missionaries. Pray that their parents will be an encouragement to them as they seek the Lord in serving as a CYIA summer missionary.
6. For our GNC Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon on April 10th. Because we want to show how much we appreciate our teachers and helpers, please pray for the luncheon, to be well attended.
PRAISE:
1. For the increased attendance in all our RT and ASGNC's, this year.
2. As the LORD continues to provide for our MJP Chapter in various ways.
3. For our faithful Committee members, as they meet each month, to have the mind of Christ for our ministry.
4. Praise the LORD for our faithful prayer and financial donors.
5. For safe travels this year for our teachers, helpers and the bus drivers, who transport our children to RT Clubs.
6. Praise for the six possible CYIA Summer Missionaries that we have to interview. One is a returnee, and we have three who we will be interviewing over the next few days. (One of them has already said yes).
