Ladies, registration starts tomorrow for this mission project event. We hope you will come and support the Infant Crisis Center at First Baptist Church Midwest City

The FBC-MWC Women’s Ministry is hosting a “Give Back” Shower for the Infant Crisis Center of Oklahoma City on Saturday, June 13th at 10:00am in the fellowship hall.

Light refreshments will be served as we hear the history of the Infant Crisis Center.

The Infant Crisis Center’s mission is to provide life-sustaining formula, food and diapers to babies and toddlers in times of crisis...because no baby should go hungry.

Most-needed items:
◦ Dr. Brown’s Good Start Gentle formula
◦ Soy formula (any brand)
◦ Diapers (newborn to size 6)
◦ Wipes
◦ New baby bottles
◦ New sippy cups
◦ Baby wash and baby shampoo
◦ Gas cards, bus passes, and gift cards

We will also have a donation area for those that would like to donate monetary gifts.

*Every attendee will have a chance to win a prize as well as make a small craft to take home with them.

Please register on either Sunday, May 31st or June 7th to ensure we have enough food for everyone.

Ladies, come join for a fun night of Flannel & Flapjacks as we watch the movie entitled "Mom's Night Out".

Wear your comfy flannel shirt or pajamas and enjoy some tasty pancakes.

Registration is required so we will have enough pancakes for everyone.

FBC-MWC Ladies,
Tomorrow was suppose to be the deadline to register for the Card & Soup Making Day on Saturday, January 31st from 10:00am to 12:00pm in the fellowship hall.

Our church will be having only morning worship service tomorrow at 10:15am, and they have asked that you use your best judgment on whether to travel in the weather.

With this being said, we want to extend your opportunity to come to the Card & Soup Making Day.

If you would like to attend the event and have not previously registered, bring $5.00 and any items from the list below to make the soup and come join us:
• 2 – 15oz. Cans Of Mixed Vegetables
• 2 – 15oz. Cans of Petite Diced Tomatoes
• 2 – 15oz. Cans of Beef Broth
• 1 – 10.75oz. Can Of Tomato Soup
• 1 – 15oz. Can of Dice Potatoes

The Women’s Ministry OF First Baptist Church Midwest City is hosting a “Ladies Christmas Goodie Swap” on Tuesday, December 2nd from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.

What is a “Christmas Goodie Swap”?

This is a time that we come together to fellowship and sing carols to kick off the Christmas Season.

We are asking everyone to please bring at least 3 dozen goodies as well as the recipe to swap with each other. We will comprise all of the recipes and they will be shared with everyone later.

Note: We would ask that you bring your cookies in a disposable container and an additional container to take goodies home.

We will be using this as an outreach mission to our home bound. We will have a container with a few goodies for them and a card that we will have everyone sign.

Registration begins this Sunday for our "The Cooking Women Of FBCMWC Presents: Hamburger Meals" on Saturday, October 11th from 10:00am to 12:00pm at First Baptist Church Midwest City.
We will be demonstrating different meal ideas made with hamburger meat. You will be able to taste the meal as well as get the recipes, so you can make them at home.
Cost is $5.00.
All ladies MUST pre-register and pay on either Sunday September 28th or October 5th in order to ensure there is enough food.
This event is open to girls of all ages. However, we do ask that girls 5th grade and younger have a parent with them.
**Anyone needing childcare will need to contact the church office (405-732-0308) by Thursday, October 9th. **
We hope you will join us for a fun morning of fellowship and food.
