Why we need the church

Dear friend,
I am excited about our "Family Life Competition". You can register to win some wonderful prizes beginning tonight at 7. This competition will accomplish several important goals for you as a believer. 1.) It is an incentive for you to talk to your friends, schoolmates, neighbors and family members about attending your church. (the truth is that most newcomers are looking for a reason to attend with you.) 2.)This entire program is designed to present to every family the urgent need to be led by the Holy Spirit in a confusing age.) 3.) It is a good way to reward church folk who really want to see our church grow and prosper. (You deserve appreciation!). Please register tonight to be a part of this outreach!
This Sunday I want to talk to you about MIRACLES! God has one with your name on it. When Jesus returned to his hometown Nazareth the Bible says that, "He could do no great miracles among them because of their unbelief". This Sunday use your God given faith to believe for a miracle! In the 6 PM service please bring something that represents the greatest need that you have. It can be your check book ledger. a divorce decree and photo of someone who needs salvation or deliverance. Come expecting God to show up and show out!

Dear Friend,
It doesn't happen often but, I received a wonderful Email from a first time guest with two children this week! She stated how much the children's blessing service meant to her and her family. She said, "I came today because I wanted something for my children, but I realized while I was there that God had something for me to receive as well. I plan to return and I sincerely hope that Victory Tabernacle can be the place where my children and I continue learning, growing, worshiping and building our relationship with God together."
This is one of the many reasons why I am beginning this new series on, "The Spirit Led Family" starting September 2. Make plans to participate by attending our free family dinner beginning at 6 PM every Wednesday evening, then flow right into our powerful Praise service just before the teaching begins at 7:30.
