This is a simple guided 20 minute mediation with bells and silence by Thich Nhat Hanh - audio only. (It begins with three bells and silence until about 3 minutes into the video and then he speaks to you... as you are listening focus on listening to the bells and seeing how long you can hear them, and then relax during the silence and focus on your breath, maybe smiling a little, and focus on the gladness that you are alive). If 20 minutes is too long, you can always stop the video sooner.
