The Penny Wars continue in MidNaz Kids!

❤️Red Team started out strong with an early lead.

💙Over the week, Blue Team gained some online donations to spur them to the top spot!

💙❤️💛 Yellow Team came on strong last night, tripling their efforts. LOTS of sabotage happening which held the Blue Team from gaining too much ground and actually sent the Red Team back a little bit.

The kids are having a fun time while raising money for a great cause. Next Thursday (June 25th) is the last day to donate and we will have a champion!

I declare a PENNY WAR!!!

Can you imagine impacting 100 people, helping them with essentials like clothing, shoes, personal care products etc, as they reenter everyday life after incarceration? Imagine the impact of feeling seen and valued. A fresh start.

This year’s mission focus during our Thursdays in June is to help support the Fresh Start campaign sponsored by The Legacy Center.

The goal is to collect person essentials for individuals reentering everyday life after incarceration. This is a church wide effort, but our kids group has a specific focus!

MidNaz Kids are collecting funds to purchase Goodwill gift cards to place in the backpacks that will be gifted to these individuals.

🤩Every $10 purchases 1 gift card🤩

🎯The goal is 100 gift cards….but any amount we can gift is appreciated!

👍🏻This is a GREAT opportunity to have your kids work and EARN the money they will be donating. The lessons of generosity, serving others and sacrifice are something to be remembered.

At MidNaz Kids, we may not have a solution for crazy hair days, but we do have a safe place where kids can have a blast, learn about Jesus, and make friendships that stick (just like this hair)!
