“The Jews quarreled among themselves, saying,
‘How can this man give us his flesh to eat?’

Jesus said to them,
‘Amen, amen, I say to you,
unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man
and drink his blood,
you do not have life within you.’”
— John 6:52-53

The Eucharist was never meant to be symbolic comfort.
It was meant to confront us with something holy.

Today, we celebrate the Feast of Corpus Christi — the beautiful reminder that Christ did not choose to remain distant from us.

He chose to remain with us.

Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity present in the Holy Eucharist. 🤍

As we process together in faith today, may we never lose our awe for the gift of His presence among us.

Tomorrow, we celebrate Corpus Christi — the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ.

At every Mass, heaven meets earth.
Jesus gives Himself completely to us in the Holy Eucharist.

For 16 years, he has served our parish community with humility, kindness, compassion, and unwavering faith. Through baptisms, weddings, funerals, Masses, prayers, and countless quiet moments of service, his ministry has touched the lives of so many families throughout St. Ann’s.

Thank you, Deacon Jesus, for the way you continue to serve God and our parish with such a faithful and generous heart. Your presence, wisdom, and dedication have become a blessing to this community in more ways than words can express.

Please join us in congratulating and praying for Deacon Jesus on his 16th anniversary of ordination to the diaconate. ✨
