We’re building and strengthening our teams in Lubbock and Midland— and especially preparing for what God is doing in Odessa — so we want to hear from you.

We’re growing — and we’re building.

With a new campus launching in Odessa and our Midland + Lubbock teams continuing to expand, we’re looking for gifted singers and musicians to step in and be part of what God is doing!

Hesitating?

You don’t have to have it all together — it doesn’t have to be perfect.

This is a low-pressure, video submission process, so you can take a step of faith without the pressure of a live audition. Just be you.

No matter your age or stage — if you have a heart for Jesus and a desire to lead others in worship, we want to hear from you. We’ll follow up with you within a week, and if you’re interested in being part of our Odessa campus, we’d love to get you connected NOW and help prepare you through our Midland team.
