Hey, Parents!

It’s Sunday and our new series “Chill” started today.

Here’s the “Make it Stick” Parent resource that was sent home today. We wanted to share it here just in case it didn’t make it all the way to you 😊

❄️This week, kids were introduced to the concept that God is in control. Kids benefit from concrete examples of abstract concepts like these. Think of times in your life when you fully witnessed that God was in control in situations where you were not. Share these stories with your kids, where appropriate.

Our Series this month is CHILL- Bible Lessons on Keeping Our Cool!

When things heat up, it can be hard to keep our cool. But God calls us to show love, be slow to anger, and be kind to others. With His help, we can stay as cool as an arctic wind, no matter what we face!

In this 4 week series, your kids will learn:
"I can keep my cool because God is in control"
"I can keep my cool because God is always with me"
"I can keep my cool by thinking before I speak"
"I can keep my cool and show love because Jesus loves me"

Don’t give up! Live in faith every day!!

Live consistently and faithfully. Don't give up. Don't lose hope. Continue in the Word, pray and trust God. All those things that seem impossilble will work out if you continue in faith and don't quit.
