Elzahra Islamic Center is a mosque in Midland Park, NJ, established by the El-Zahra Education Foundation INC.

to serve the religious and spiritual needs of the community through a variety of services and functions. Established in 1997, El-Zahra Education Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit religious educational organization serving the Muslim community of the Metropolitan Area for over twenty years. Through its Hidaya Weekend School and other programs, it has contributed to meeting the religious, educational,

social and cultural needs of the Muslim community. In 2015 the organization purchased a building to meet the demands of need of the growing multicultural Muslim community of New Jersey. Alhamdulillah (Praise be to God), we were able to establish the first Islamic Center and Mosque in the beautiful city of Midland Park, New Jersey. The total cost of the building was 2.400 million dollars, and requires $250,000 for renovations. As a result, we are in great need of your financial support at this time. May Allah (SWT) guide, bless, and protect you and your families always. This center will provide the various services for both the locals and the greater community of New Jersey regardless of cultural background or race as a reflection of the diverse Ummah (Community) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) envisioned for the world, hearts linked together by the love of God and seeking His pleasure as we strive to be ambassadors of peace, working to love and respect ALL human beings as we are all creations of God. Assalamu alaykum!

The Day of Arafah will be on Tuesday, May 26th. Do not miss fasting and making a lot of dua on that day! Allah will forgive us for the year before and the coming year inshallah! On that day He also selects many people that will never enter the hellfire. May we be amongst those chosen and forgiven.

***Eid Al-Adha will be on Wednesday, May 27th.***

El-Zahra is so excited to present our Mock Hajj on Saturday, May 23rd from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm.

This is a wonderful experience for our children to learn about and simulate the Hajj experience in a fun and interactive way!

For children ages 3-14.

El-Zahra Islamic Center is proud to present our 2026 Hidaya Summer Camp!

It will run Monday through Thursday from June 29 to July 30 from 10 am to 2 pm for a total of 20 sessions!

Registration is now open!
$700 child - includes lunch and materials. Open to ages 4-14.

This is a uniquely designed program filled with activities, learning and fun. Space is limited so sign up today!

Eid Mubarak to all the Muslims around the world! Eid El-Fitr will be on Friday, March 20th inshallah! Join us for Eid prayers 7:30 am, 9 am, 10 am and 11 am. Brunch and festivities until 12 pm. Jummah will be performed per usual inshallah. Please be mindful of neighbors and follow traffic protocols. Additional parking at Midland Park High School and The Church of the Nativity. May Allah accept from us all.
