Liberty Church Middletown

Liberty Family, we have been praying for you and hope you and your family are safe and at peace. We are here for you! As we continue to navigate the effects of Hurricane Isaias, we want to share an important update about this weekend at our Gulf Coast Campuses.

Our Foley Campus will have a normal service at 10 am. Our New York Campus will also have normal services. We will not have in-person services at our other Gulf Coast Campuses this Sunday. We encourage you to worship God by being the Church and serving your neighbors. Events like these are a true opportunity for the Church to shine!

We will have a brief service online at 9:00 AM if you can join with Pastor Josh Lipscomb, our Lead Pastor. This will be streamed via Facebook and www.libertychurch.net/live. We’ll also have some of our team on-site at each Campus on Sunday for prayer and encouragement if you need.

We are planning and preparing Hurricane Relief efforts in our area. Check back for updates.

We love you, Liberty, and we’re praying for you!

As Hurricane Isaias approaches, we’re coming together in prayer for everyone in its path. 🙏🤍

We’re praying for God’s protection over our communities, families, homes, and first responders. We’re believing for peace in the midst of uncertainty and safety for all those who may be impacted.

“He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” — Psalm 91:2

Join us in standing on the promises of Psalm 91 and praying for God's hand of protection over the Gulf Coast. 🤍

Dear Liberty Family,

As we continue to watch the potential hurricane and its possible impact on our region, we want to encourage you to stay prayerful and prepared.

We are reminded that even the winds and the waves obey Him. We are praying and believing for minimal impact on our region and for God’s protection over every family and community in the path of this storm.

In moments like these, it’s easy to become anxious about what might happen. Our prayer is that you would experience the peace of God that passes all understanding. Be wise. Be prepared. Take the necessary steps to care for your home and family but don’t let fear have the final word.

We are also preparing as a church to serve our community in whatever way is needed, no matter where the storm makes landfall. We are already coordinating with our partners to be able to respond quickly.

A few important updates: (FOR OUR GULF COAST CAMPUSES)
• Our church offices will be closed Thursday so our staff can prepare and
care for their own homes and families.
• All church activities are canceled Thursday through Saturday.
• At this time, we are planning to hold Sunday services as normal. Please follow our social media channels for the latest updates.

Kristin and I love you! We’re lifting you up in prayer, believing God for His protection and peace over you and your family.

We are here for you!
