What are you still carrying?
The pain. The disappointment. The mistakes. The scars. The things from your past that somehow followed you into your present.
Pastor CeAndre Gosa reminds us that being human means we will experience things that leave a mark — but just because you have them doesn’t mean you have to keep carrying them.
Scripture gives us an invitation:
“Let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely…” — Hebrews 12:1
Some things were never meant to go with you into your next season.
What weight is God calling you to lay down?

WHAT ARE YOU CARRYING?
Sunday reminded us that not everything we’ve learned to carry was meant to go with us into the next season of our lives.
Pastor CeAndre Gosa took us to Hebrews 12:1–2, challenging us to examine the weights we’ve allowed ourselves to hold onto — fear, regret, bitterness, failure, hurt, and anything else that has begun to slow down the race God has called us to run.

Scripture tells us to lay aside every weight and run with endurance, keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus.
And what a Sunday it was.
From the Word to worship, prayer, praise, and the moments when the presence of God moved throughout the sanctuary, we were reminded that sometimes moving forward requires us to finally put something down.

As you look back through these moments from Sunday, ask yourself the same question:
What are YOU carrying?
What have you been holding onto that God is calling you to release?

A Mind to Work.
The wall wasn’t rebuilt because there was no opposition. It was rebuilt because the opposition couldn’t change their minds about the assignment.
They were mocked, but they worked.
They were threatened, but they worked.
They became tired, but they worked.
God has given each of us a section of the wall to build. There are still people to reach, families to restore, young people to pour into, and broken places to rebuild.
The question is not whether there is work to do. The question is: Do we have a mind to work?
This week at Living Grace Worship Cathedral, Elder Cochrane reminded us that God is still calling willing workers back to the wall.
“So we built the wall… for the people had a mind to work.” — Nehemiah 4:6

Sometimes we become so focused on what God is doing in someone else’s field that we miss what He has placed right in front of us.

Your assignment has purpose. Your field has a harvest. Stop measuring what God gave you against what He gave somebody else.

Stay faithful to your field. The harvest is ready.

Before you ask God for more, what are you doing with what He already gave you?
We can become so focused on the next blessing, the next opportunity, or the next season that we overlook what God has already placed in our hands.
You prayed for it. God blessed you with it. Now be faithful with it.
Your gift has purpose. Your talent has purpose. Your anointing has purpose. Whether you can pray, encourage, teach, lead, or simply show up for somebody—use what God has given you to serve.
The harvest is ready. The question is: Are we ready to work?

THE HARVEST IS READY — WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

Sunday Bishop Jeffery J. Broughton Sr. reminded us that Jesus didn't simply see the needs of the people—He was moved with compassion. And that same compassion should move us beyond the walls of the church and into the lives of people who need hope, encouragement, prayer, love, and the Gospel.

The harvest isn't something we're waiting to arrive. It's already here.
God has already placed gifts in your hands. He's given you a voice, a testimony, abilities, opportunities, and people you can serve. The question is whether we're willing to get up and use what He's given us.

Sometimes serving means speaking. Sometimes it means praying. And sometimes it simply means being present for someone who's hurting.
Stop waiting for more. Stop looking at somebody else's field. Stop making excuses.
See your harvest. Use what's in your hands. And when God asks, “Who will go?” let our answer be: PICK ME.
Matthew 9:35–38

🌾 THE HARVEST IS READY!

The need is great, the harvest is plentiful, and God is still calling workers. May we have the compassion to see the need and the courage to answer the call! 🙏🏾🔥
