That shapes how we engage politically—not to gain power or partisan advantage, but to seek the flourishing of our neighbors, who are made in God’s image. How we engage matters because it’s an opportunity to reflect the love of Jesus.

Our culture is full of voices pulling us apart, even within the Church. It’s easy to expect the Church to fit our personal preferences, but Jesus calls us to something bigger than ourselves. The Church isn’t just a place built around what we want; it’s a family united by Him and His mission.

In Acts 1:8, Jesus promises that the Holy Spirit will give His followers power to be His witnesses to the ends of the earth. Through Jesus’ death and resurrection, we’re united with Him and receive the Holy Spirit, who empowers us to live out God’s mission. We’re not called to do it on our own. 🤍
