The Lord answered our prayers and stopped the rain for our hayride...what a great afternoon of fellowship we had!

A huge thank you to those who put it on! What a great start to our Fall and Winter festivities!

There will be a hayride this Sunday, October 10th, directly after church! We are providing a light meal of sloppy joes, chips, a cookie and drink for anyone who wants to participate! We hope you can come and join us!

In the event of rain, bring your favorite board games, and we will still have a time of fellowship and board game playing!

Just a quick reminder that the Sunday School Breakfast is tomorrow, August 22 at 9:30! Come and join us for a fun time of fellowship, as a church family, as we celebrate the kick off of a new school year!! The breakfast will take the place of Sunday School classes tomorrow, so there will be no formal Sunday School classes.

Middlebury Baptist Church has a new pastor! Pastor Bruce Moses, and his wife Patty, are from Port Alleghany and will be starting at our church on August 8th. Come join us as we welcome them to our church family and continue our Christian journey with the Lord together.

Good morning Middlebury Baptist followers! In case you haven’t heard, God has answered our prayers and led a Pastor to our door! We have organized a chance for everyone to meet him, Pastor Bruce Moses, and his wife, Patty, this upcoming weekend of July 17-18. There will be a Meet and Greet at the church on Saturday, July 17, from 1-3 with light refreshments being served. This will include a time where anyone can chat with and ask Pastor Bruce and his wife any questions they may have. Sunday, July 18, Pastor Bruce will be preaching as a candidate. There will be a time for all current church members to vote on Pastor Bruce Moses, after the service on Sunday. There are two other sermons that Pastor Bruce has delivered at Middlebury Baptist, posted on our website. Sermon dates are May 16, 2021 and June 20, 2021. We encourage anyone to go back and listen to those as well. We hope you can join us as we take this time to prayerfully seek God’s will in our search for the Pastor that he is leading to us. If you cannot join us, keep the church in your prayers as we meet with and vote on Pastor Bruce. Thank you all! God bless you!
