Good morning my brothers and sisters,

Matthew 12:35 LSB...The good man brings out of his good treasure what is good; and the evil man brings out of his evil treasure what is evil.

So true. Goodness cannot be faked. Folks will see right through us if we try to fake being good. Not only is it embarrassing, it dishonors God. Those with evil intentions will try to fake goodness (2 Corinthians 11:14). That's not who WE are. We must only live to imitate Jesus Christ.

Happy Fathers Day!!! You have a tough job (mom's do as well). You're the example of a man to your daughter as how she should be treated; your son as how he should act, and any other man that interacts and sees you. God has defined your role. Good morning my brothers and sisters,

Romans 1:11-12 LSB
For I long to see you so that I may impart some spiritual gift to you, that you may be strengthened; that is, to be mutually encouraged, while among you, by each other’s faith, both yours and mine.
This is Paul. We should act like him to everyone...encouraging and empowering. If we hold back, we dishonor Jesus. Unity of spirit is always be better for Gods children.

1 Corinthians 13:4, 7 LSB...Love is patient, love is kind, is not jea0lous, does not brag, is not puffed up; it bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

We love because God loved us first (1 John 4:19). He teaches us how to love. He is very patient. We should be too. Always, through everything beloved, love as Jesus loves (John 15:12).

Good morning my brothers and sisters,

1 Thessalonians 5:12-13 LSB...
But we ask of you, brothers, that you know those who labor among you, and lead you in the Lord and admonish you, and that you regard them very highly in love because of their work. Live in peace with one another.
We don't like authority, yet we will submit to Jesus's authority. Appointed leaders are in God's plan. Honor God by honoring leaders. But, keep your beliefs throughout.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 LSB ...Therefore, comfort one another and build up one another, just as you also are doing.
We're not here to only take care of ourselves. We're here to take care of each other. Matthew 22:39...“And the second is like it, ‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.’" We are here for each other. Serving, loving, and coming along side one another, as God desires, being united, to show hope.

Proverbs 13:9 LSB...The light of the righteous is glad, But the lamp of the wicked goes out.
Matthew 5:14 LSB...“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden;
The lesson we're learning is that Jesus is light, and with Him in us, we are light. Let's be bolder. Let's be faithful. Let's be loving. Let's be hopeful. Let's show Jesus in us always.

Good morning my brothers and sisters,
John 1:7-8 LSB...He came as a witness, to bear witness about the Light, so that all might believe through him. He was not the Light, but he came to bear witness about the Light.
John the Baptist was not the light, but he campaigned for Jesus. We are the light (John 5:14). We're adopted into God's family and we do less. Beloved, please, be bold for Jesus. He deserves it.
