He was ordained and served as an assistant minister at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Michigan City. Several years ago Pastor Ron opened Temple Total Fitness, a gym and community-based 501 © 3 that developed the body, nourished the mind and the spirit, and served the young, the old, and families throughout the community. tion and received one of the highest awards from the Indiana Youth Institute. Pastor Gaston used his work at Temple Total Fitness as an opportunity , “to preach the good news to the poor, proclaim freedom for the prisoners, recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, and to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor”;he has led over 170 people to Christ through temple Total Fitness. True to his calling, five years ago, Pastor Gaston began to host a Tuesday night Bible Study at his gym at Temple Total Fitness. The attendance at this Bible Study swelled to over 100 people. In February of 2013 he planted Temple Worship Center a “Word confessing, Word studying, and Word applying church.” Pastor Gaston’s work has been highlighted in numerous articles in the Michigan City News Dispatch, and he has been a featured speaker at many organizations including Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He has preached the Gospel all over the United States and in South Africa. He extends his personal invitation to all to come fellowship with us at Temple Worship Center! His motto is “ Come as you Are, Leave never the Same.”
