The Image of Divine Mercy is filled with meaning and reminds us of the depth of Christ’s love for us.

The red ray represents the Blood of Christ, poured out for our salvation and present in the Eucharist.
The pale ray represents the water of Baptism, which makes us new.
Both rays flow from His pierced heart—signs of the mercy poured out on the Cross.

In this image, Jesus is not standing still—He is moving toward us, offering His mercy freely.

Let us respond with trust:

Happy Divine Mercy Sunday ✝️

This Divine Mercy Sunday, Jesus offers us an incredible gift: a plenary indulgence—the complete removal of the temporal effects of sin.

Through Confession, the Eucharist, prayer, and a heart detached from sin, we are invited into deeper healing and mercy.

God’s mercy is not limited—He desires to restore us completely.

“For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.”

Let us place our trust fully in Him.
Jesus, I trust in You. ❤️💙

From today's Second Reading:

"Beloved:
First of all, I ask that supplications, prayers,
petitions, and thanksgivings be offered for everyone,
for kings and for all in authority,
that we may lead a quiet and tranquil life
in all devotion and dignity.
This is good and pleasing to God our savior,
who wills everyone to be saved
and to come to knowledge of the truth.
For there is one God.
There is also one mediator between God and men,
the man Christ Jesus,
who gave himself as ransom for all.
This was the testimony at the proper time.
For this I was appointed preacher and apostle
— I am speaking the truth, I am not lying —,
teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth.

It is my wish, then, that in every place the men should pray,
lifting up holy hands, without anger or argument."
