Get in Alignment With God

God has a purpose and direction for our lives, but walking in that purpose requires more than simply believing in Him—it requires bringing our lives into alignment with His Word and His will. This message challenges us to examine the areas where our priorities, choices, relationships, habits, and desires may be out of alignment with God.

Alignment with God means surrendering our own way, trusting His direction, and choosing obedience even when it is difficult. When we put God first, allow His Word to guide us, and submit ourselves to His will, our lives begin to reflect His purpose.

Key Scriptures Highlighted:

• Proverbs 3:5–6 — Trust God instead of leaning on your own understanding, and He will direct your path.
• Matthew 6:33 — Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness.
• Romans 12:1–2 — Surrender your life to God and allow Him to transform your mind.
• Psalm 139:23–24 — Ask God to search your heart and reveal anything that needs to change.
• James 1:22 — Alignment requires more than hearing God's Word; it requires obedience.
• John 14:15 — Love for Christ is demonstrated through obedience to His commands.
• 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 — We belong to God and are called to honor Him with our lives.
• Luke 9:23 — Following Jesus requires denying ourselves, taking up our cross, and following Him daily.
• Galatians 6:7 — Our choices have consequences; what we sow, we will also reap.
• Psalm 119:105 — God's Word provides the direction we need for our journey.

This message reminds us that alignment with God requires adjustment. Sometimes God has to correct our priorities, our thinking, our relationships, or our habits so that our lives can come into agreement with His will. The closer we align ourselves with God, the clearer His direction becomes.

Born Again: The Beginning, Not the End
Nacer de Nuevo: El Comienzo, No el Final

Understanding the Process of Sanctification | Entendiendo el Proceso de Santificación

Being born again is not the finish line—it is the beginning of a lifelong journey of transformation. When we come to Christ, God gives us new life, but He continues working in us, shaping our character, changing our desires, and teaching us to walk in holiness.

This message explores the process of sanctification—how God continues to transform believers into the image of Christ through His Word, the work of the Holy Spirit, discipline, obedience, and spiritual growth.

Key Scriptures Highlighted:

• John 3:3–5 — Jesus teaches that we must be born again and born of the Spirit.
• 2 Corinthians 5:17 — In Christ, we become a new creation.
• Philippians 1:6 — God begins a work in us and is faithful to continue it.
• 2 Corinthians 3:18 — We are continually transformed into the image of Christ.
• Romans 12:2 — Transformation happens through the renewing of our minds.
• Titus 2:11–12 — God's grace teaches us to reject ungodliness and live disciplined, righteous lives.
• Galatians 5:22–23 — The Spirit produces Christlike character through His fruit in us.
• 1 Thessalonians 4:3 — God's will is our sanctification and holiness.
• Romans 8:13 — By the Spirit, we put to death the works of the flesh.
• Philippians 2:12–13 — We actively work out our salvation while God works within us.
• 2 Peter 3:18 — We are called to continue growing in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Being born again gives us a new beginning, but God doesn't intend for us to remain where we started. Sanctification is the ongoing process of becoming more like Christ—learning to surrender, obey, grow, and allow God to transform every part of our lives.

What Are You Feeding Your Spirit?
¿Qué Estás Alimentando en tu Espíritu?

Just as our bodies need the right nourishment to remain healthy, our spiritual lives need the right things to grow strong. This message challenges us to examine what we are feeding our spirit—what we are listening to, learning, allowing into our hearts, and surrounding ourselves with.

God has given His Word, the Church, spiritual leaders, and one another to help us grow into mature and grounded believers. Spiritual growth does not happen accidentally; it requires a consistent hunger for God's truth.

Key Scriptures Highlighted:

• Matthew 4:4 — We do not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from God.
• Ephesians 4:11–15 — God gives the Church spiritual leadership to equip believers and help them mature in Christ.
• 2 Timothy 3:16–17 — Scripture equips us for every good work and teaches, corrects, and trains us in righteousness.
• Acts 2:42 — The early Church devoted themselves to teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayer.
• Hebrews 10:24–25 — We need one another for encouragement, growth, and accountability.
• Acts 17:11 — The Bereans received the Word eagerly while examining the Scriptures for themselves.
• Ephesians 4:13 — God's desire is for believers to grow into spiritual maturity and the fullness of Christ.

This message reminds us that what we continually feed will eventually grow. If we feed our spirit with God's Word, fellowship, truth, encouragement, and prayer, we become stronger and more mature in Christ. But if we neglect those things, our spiritual growth will suffer.
