Back to School Sundae Sunday 🍦📚

What a sweet way to celebrate the start of a new school year!

On August 16, our church family enjoyed Back to School Sundae Sunday, gathering together after service for ice cream, fellowship, and fun. From creating delicious sundaes to connecting with friends, it was a wonderful opportunity to encourage our students and families as they prepare for the year ahead.

As a church, we are praying for all students, teachers, administrators, and school staff. May this school year be filled with growth, learning, new opportunities, and God's guidance every step of the way.

Are You Ready to Make Your Faith Your Own?

PROFESSION OF FAITH
Starting Sunday, September 13

Our Profession of Faith Class is an 8-session course designed to help young people understand and grow in the foundations of the Christian faith.

Throughout the course, young people will:

🔎 DISCOVER — Explore the foundations of the Christian faith
📖 DEEPEN — Grow in their relationship with Jesus and His Word
📣 DECLARE — Take the next step in publicly expressing their faith in Christ

How to Get Started

1. REGISTER ONLINE
Scan the QR code or register online at https://www.southkendallcc.org/profession-of-faith-class-registration.

2. SELECT A MENTOR
Choose a mentor from our church who will walk alongside you throughout the course.

3. COMPLETE THE COURSE
The class meets once every two weeks for 8 sessions.
