We were grateful to partner with Branches to welcome nearly 90 high school students to FIU for a day of learning, encouragement, and dreaming about what comes next.
From conversations about college and future plans to sharing about the community at United Wesley, it was a meaningful opportunity to invest in young people as they begin imagining their future.
Thank you to FIU Center for Student Engagement, Branches, and everyone who helped make this day possible. We’re grateful to be part of conversations that inspire hope, purpose, and new possibilities.

Join us for a day in the life of a mission team member!

One of our fullest and busiest days yet! It was filled with work, community, laughter, service, and sacred moments. Our bodies may be tired, but our souls are full, and through it all, God continues to walk with us.

Yesterday we met the team and the community we’ll be serving alongside this week. We’re excited to continue building relationships, learning one another’s stories, sharing joys, struggles, and hopes, and serving together with open hearts.

Today we worshipped together, bonded as a team, and prepared mentally, physically, and spiritually for the week ahead. We’re excited, expectant, and already seeing the ways God is moving through us and through the community around us. Ready for Day 2!
