Have you ever felt like the weight of life was too much to carry on your own?

In this Midweek Motivation, Pastor Mitchell reminds us that even in our hardest moments, we are never abandoned by God.

Life can bring pressure, uncertainty, struggles in relationships, finances, school, work, and personal battles that feel overwhelming. But as believers, we face those moments with a confidence the world cannot offer — God is with us.

Scripture reminds us that God promises to strengthen us, help us, and uphold us through every trial we face.

Sometimes He delivers us from the struggle.
Sometimes He strengthens us in it.
And sometimes He carries us through it.

Either way, we are never alone in the fight.

What battle are you facing?

The term hospitality usually conjures up thoughts of a home visit. In this message from the apostle Paul, the broader intent is to address how we are to receive fellow believers who are not affiliated with the gathering to which we are connected.

Today’s Trouble Is Enough | Matthew 6:34

Have you ever become so focused on tomorrow that you missed the blessings God already provided for today?

In this Midweek Motivation, Pastor Mitchell reminds us that God never intended for us to carry tomorrow’s burdens before tomorrow arrives.

Life brings responsibilities, uncertainty, and challenges, but God calls us to trust Him one day at a time.

Instead of allowing fear about the future to steal today’s peace, God invites us to rest in His promises and embrace the present moment with faith and gratitude.

Scripture reminds us not to worry about tomorrow because God is already ahead of us, preparing the way while giving us the strength we need for today.

So breathe. Slow down. Trust Him.

Today is a gift.

Are you living in today?

God has specific expectations about how He desires His children to carry themselves in how they represent Him and in how they deal with each other. The believers at Thessalonica fulfilled this expectation at a very high level and they are praised by Paul for doing so.

Have you ever felt overwhelmed by life’s pressures or anxious about the direction of the world?

In this Midweek Motivation, Pastor Mitchell reminds us that while the world may feel uncertain, God remains constant.

Conflict, stress, financial pressure, and fear can weigh heavily on our hearts, but God never intended for us to carry those burdens alone. Instead of allowing anxiety to consume us, He invites us to bring every concern to Him in prayer.

Prayer shifts our focus from the problems around us to the power of the God who is with us.

Scripture reminds us that when we pray with faith and thanksgiving, the peace of God will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Even when circumstances do not immediately change, His presence gives us strength, comfort, and peace that surpasses understanding.

What are you praying about?

Mother’s Day is a day to worship God and honor our mothers. In this passage of scripture, Jesus is pictured honoring his mother by ensuring that she is cared for beyond the boundaries of his own life. As he is in the process of dying for the sins of the world and suffering the abuse of the cross, Jesus has enough awareness to make sure that his mother is cared by another disciple.

Have you ever struggled with doubt about your salvation?

In this Midweek Motivation, Pastor Mitchell reminds us that God does not want His children living in uncertainty about their faith.

Scripture is filled with reminders of God’s love, His faithfulness, and His promises. Even while we continue growing and striving in our walk with Christ, God assures believers that eternal life is found in His Son.

This is not based on perfection.
It is based on His promise.

God inspired these words so that those who believe in Jesus would know they have eternal life — not wonder, not guess, but know.

So when doubt tries to speak louder than God’s truth, remember this: if you belong to Him, He is yours and you are His.

Do you believe His promise?

As he draws near the conclusion of his letter to the Church at Rome, Paul shares his planned itinerary and petitions their support and prayers for his journeys and the continuation of the work that God has assigned him.

Have you ever been in a season that felt heavy, exhausting, or never-ending?

In this Midweek Motivation, Pastor Mitchell reminds us that while pain is real, it is not permanent.

Challenges come in every stage of life, but so does God’s presence.

What feels heavy today is not the end of your story. Scripture reminds us that our struggles are temporary, but what God is producing through them is eternal.

Even now, God is renewing your strength, building your faith, and preparing something greater ahead.

So do not lose heart.
Keep trusting.
Keep walking.
Keep believing.

This season has an expiration date.

Can you trust this season?
