We are so excited to share that our first Marriage Small Group meeting was an amazing success! Thank you to all the couples who joined us for a powerful night of connection, prayer, and meaningful conversation.

It was a blessing to see so many marriages come together to grow, encourage one another, and dive into God’s word. We are excited about the journey ahead and the friendships that will continue to blossom in this group.

Obligation to a task is NOT equal to obedience to Christ.

This is a powerful and thought-provoking reflection. To discern whether we are living in genuine obedience to Christ, we can ask ourselves several questions based on the principles outlined in Acts 5:21-41.

1. Do I truly know and worship Christ?

* Genuine obedience flows from a deep, personal relationship with Christ. Are we responding to His love and grace in a way that reflects a true understanding of His character? Are we growing in our worship and love for Him daily?

2. Am I obeying because I have the Holy Spirit within me?

* Obedience is not about trying to earn something or prove our worth. It’s a natural response to the transformation God has already worked in us through His Spirit (Philippians 2:13). Are we allowing the Holy Spirit to guide and empower us in our actions and decisions?

Obedience is not just about outward actions but the posture of our hearts toward God.
