Under the guidance of Bishop Peter Eaton, The Episcopal Church in Southeast Florida works to support the parishioners, leaders, congregations, and schools within our diocese. Join us on Saturday, September 26th, for Empathy Restored: A Workshop for Caregivers. This special gathering will focus on restoring compassion, resilience, and purpose in the important work of caregiving.

Led by Hank Drummond, PhD, RN, Enterprise Chief Nurse Executive at Cross Country Healthcare, the workshop is open to clergy, chaplains, nurses, physicians, healthcare professionals, professional and family caregivers, and all those involved in caregiving ministry.

Following the workshop, participants are invited to a Liturgy and Blessing of the Hands, honoring those who dedicate themselves to the care and well-being of others.

On Sunday afternoon, our Bishop joined the Reverend Terrence A. Taylor and the congregation of the Church of the Transfiguration in Miami as they celebrated their 70th anniversary.

We give thanks to God for seven decades of faithful worship, ministry, and service, and we pray for the congregation as they continue sharing Christ’s love with their community.
