SOWING A SEED//
Your life moves in the direction of your strongest thoughts.

“For those who are according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.” Romans 8:5 (NASB)

The battle of the Christian life is often won or lost long before our actions become visible.

What occupies the mind eventually shapes the heart. What shapes the heart eventually directs the life.

Paul teaches that the issue is not merely behavior. It is mindset.

A mind controlled by fear produces anxiety. A mind controlled by pride produces conflict. A mind surrendered to the Spirit produces life and peace.

Many people ask God to change their circumstances while refusing to allow Him to renew their thinking.

Transformation begins where thoughts are surrendered to truth.

Thought:

What you repeatedly think about becomes the lens through which you interpret life.

Application:

Identify one recurring thought that does not agree with God’s Word and replace it with biblical truth.

Takeaway:

A renewed mind becomes fertile soil for a transformed life.
