Notice the common ground between the words Communication and Communion.

What if our communication is far more sacred than we realize?

What if our words are not just sounds we release into the air — but reflections of the God who spoke light into darkness, life into dust, and love into the world through Jesus, the Living Word?

Tonight we begin a new series: Communication .

Together we’ll explore what it means to be women made in the image of a speaking God — women whose words can wound or heal, divide or reconcile, create fear or cultivate life.

From the very beginning, Scripture reveals a God who communicates.
“And God said…”

And then Jesus came — not merely bringing words from God, but being the Word made flesh.

If we are made in His image, then the way we speak, listen, respond, avoid, encourage, confront, bless, and remain silent all matter deeply.

Over these next five weeks, we’ll journey through:
✨ listening as a spiritual discipline
✨ conflict, criticism, and repair
✨ words that heal and strengthen
✨ truth-telling with love and courage

This is not a series about becoming more polished communicators.
It’s about becoming women whose words sound more like Jesus.

Because every conversation is moving somewhere.
Toward distance or toward communion.
Toward life or toward destruction.
Toward one another — or away.

And maybe the deepest invitation of all is this:
God is not just teaching us how to speak.
He is teaching us how to commune.

See you at the Table
See you in the Candlelight.
WE ARE ONE.

What if the unity Jesus prayed for is meant to be visible, not in perfect people, but in wounded people who choose love anyway?

Tonight we wrestle honestly with the tension between God’s breathtaking call to unity and the very real wounds we carry into relationships, friendship, and church community.

Jesus said the world would recognize Him by our oneness, yet for so many of us, closeness feels complicated. Conflict can feel threatening. Old wounds can make us withdraw, over-explain, people-please, shut down, or protect ourselves before we even realize it.

But what if peacemaking is not about pretending we’re unaffected?
What if healing begins when we let Jesus meet us exactly where unity feels hardest?

Together we’ll talk about:
✨ attachment wounds and how they shape our relationships
✨ the difference between peacekeeping and true peacemaking
✨ how God meets us tenderly in our weakness
✨ what it means to “make every effort” to preserve unity through the Spirit
✨ and how reconciliation becomes part of our healing too

This is not about striving harder or becoming emotionally flawless. It’s about becoming women who stay close to Jesus and allow His love to transform the way we handle one another.

We are not just attending another gathering.
We are becoming a sisterhood of courageous peacemakers.

“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.” — Matthew 5:9

Come as you are.
See you in the candlelight!
WE ARE ONE!

When was the last time you felt belonging, without having to perform, explain, or protect yourself?

What if some of the exhaustion we carry is not simply from life being hard, but from filters of perception that are no longer accurate?

Come, let's breathe in the truth together that we are no longer strangers, outsiders, or spiritual orphans. We are being built together into the household of God. We are His family.

Together we’ll explore:
Why relationships can feel so life-giving and so painful at the same time
How our attachment wounds shape the way we love, trust, withdraw, pursue, and protect ourselves
How Jesus heals what fear has taught us
What it means to become women who build relationships on the Cornerstone of Christ

This will be a tender and honest conversation about the ways we learned to survive… and the deeper way God is teaching us to love.
Together.

Because from the very beginning, God said: “It is not good for man to be alone.”

We were created for connection.
For family.
For belonging.
For love that reflects Him.

Come if you’re hungry for deeper relationships.
Come if community feels difficult.
Come if you’re tired of hiding.
Come if you’re healing.
Come if you’re hopeful.
Come if your heart is still learning how to trust again.

“So, you are not foreigners or guests, but rather you are the children of the city of the holy ones, with all the rights as family members of the household of God." ~ Ephesians 2:19 TPT

See you in the candlelight!
We are ONE!

What if the very help you’ve been praying for is already around you, perhaps reaching through people you didn’t expect?

And what if the mercy you long to receive from God is meant to flow to you and through you through the sisters already around you?

Join us as we huddle under His wings, to receive His compassion, and to rediscover how deeply our relationships with one another are woven into our relationship with Him.

Together, we’ll sit with His Word (like Matthew 23:37, where His heart longs to gather us close) and allow Him to gently reveal where we may be resisting His mercy, whether in ourselves or in others. We’ll reflect on what it means that “mercy triumphs over judgment” (James 2:13), and how that mercy becomes the very foundation of who we are and how we love.

This night is not about learning something new.
It’s about returning.

Returning to mercy.

Returning to one another.

Returning to the flow of His love moving through us.

There will be space to:

Reflect on where you’ve received mercy—and where you’re being invited to extend it

Identify what may be hindering connection and healing in your relationships

Practice seeing others (and yourself) through the eyes of Jesus

Prepare your heart for communion, rooted in grace, not shame

As we begin a new month focused on relationships, this night is an invitation to step into something deeper: a life where love is not theory, but movement ~ flowing from God, through you, to others.

See you in the candlelight!
We are ONE!
