Behavior #5: Show Loyalty. It's not always easy to show someone loyalty, especially if it's someone that we struggle to trust ourselves. However, choosing to show loyalty to another increases their trust and effects their behavior. When you make a commitment to show loyalty to those you work with, not bad-mouthing, but showing support even through learning stages, it changes your personal attitudes and behaviors as well. Choose to build trust and show loyalty to one another.

What an adventure the last few weeks have been. We're thankful the sun has come out and the snow levels are shrinking. Hanging up the shovels for a bit! Thanks to a great staff and the help of facilities crew (Joe, Rhys, Sam, Marcus, and Jonathan) The Lodge was able to stay open the duration of the storm.

Behavior #4 for building trust: Right Wrongs

Are you someone that takes ownership of the wrongs you've been a part of or do you operate in a state of pride, unwilling to see your wrongs? Maybe you're one that's simply embarrassed by the mistake and believe if you just ignore it, others will forget it. The best policy is to simply make things right through apologizing and making restitution. Don't destroy trust among your coworkers and employees/employers by refusing to right wrongs.
