Last Friday, members of the hospitality ministry at Second Baptist Church Metuchen NJ came together to organize a special event for the kids in celebration of the harvest season. Pastor Peterson explained to the children that this gathering was not about Halloween and its darker themes, but rather about celebrating life and the love God has for us, as "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16)
