Encounter Student Ministries ESM is the Student Ministry at Encounter AZ. We believe young people should have a real encounter with Jesus through worship, prayer and the Word of God.

To have young people encounter a real and raw relationship with Jesus through worship, prayer, discipleship and reading The Word of God so that we may go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19)
