Dear community,
We want to thank you for supporting MOPs for 25 plus years. As MOPs transitions into “The Mom Co.” our local chapter has also decided to transition into something that is more in tune with what our community needs. This decision has been made with great thought, love, and growth in mind.
We invite you to share in celebration as we introduce the “Merritt Island Mom Connection”, hosted by East Coast Christian Center. This group will highlight many of the same values as MOPs: Inclusive, supportive, Mom-first. A come-as-you-are kind of loving environment. It will still feel like a warm hug as you walk through the door. And YES, there will still be brunch, coffee, fellowship, and childcare! We echo ECCC’s motto and say, “Welcome Home.” Here, you can be you and not just “Mama.” Plan on having fun! Develop meaningful friendships with other local mothers and feel seen, heard, and loved for exactly who you are. There is no agenda other than building community, connection, and friendship.
The best part about this is it is 100% free. Merritt Island Mom Connection will continue to give back through fundraising and community outreach. We invite Moms of all ages- from expectant mothers to those who have been through every season. Come meet your next best friends- We look forward to getting to know you!
