It's not about the bucket you're carrying—it's about which well you're drinking from.

This week we dove into John 4 and the woman at the well. While Nicodemus came to Jesus at night with all his credentials and morality intact, this woman came in broad daylight with nothing to hide and everything broken. Yet she grasped what the religious leader couldn't: salvation isn't achieved, it's received.

We all carry buckets—career, family, success, even our morality—thinking they'll satisfy the God-shaped hole in our lives. But Jesus offers something better: living water that truly satisfies. Like Kintsugi pottery where broken pieces are mended with gold, our brokenness becomes beautiful when Jesus puts us back together.
