Immanuel Lutheran Church - Merna, Nebraska Immanuel Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Nebraska District of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, serving God's people in Custer County and beyond.

Church service time: 11:00 a.m. Sunday We are located one block south of the Merna Area Community Center on the corner of Brotherton and Thomas. Sundays: 11:00 A.M. Worship
Wednesdays: 4pm Youth Wednesday School

We have been blessed with 7 baptisms recently in our church. November 23, 2025, McKinnley Gibbens, Liam Gibbens, Nellie Gibbens, and Robert Gibbens were baptized. On March 15, 2026, newborn, Jefferson James Gibbens, was baptized. Parents are Jeff and Paige Gibbens.
