You don’t need perfect words for God to hear you. You don’t need enough faith to impress Him or a prayer polished enough to get His attention. Come honestly. Come weary. Come with nothing more than His name. The power was never in how well you prayed—it has always been in the God who hears you.

A careful mouth begins with a surrendered heart.

Psalm 19:14 NIV says, “May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.”

God is concerned with more than what others hear. He also sees the thoughts beneath our words. Invite Him to shape both before emotion becomes speech.
