“But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.”

For all the fathers, step-fathers, grandfathers, Spiritual fathers and other father figures who point us towards our Heavenly Father, Thank you! We pray the Lord's blessings and wisdom on you this Father's Day as you lead those around you towards Christ

"The godly walk with integrity; blessed are their children who follow them."

Juneteenth commemorates June 19, 1865, the date on which enslaved people in Galveston, Texas, finally received the news they were free. This was two years after President Abraham Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation, one year after the Senate passed the 13th Amendment, abolishing slavery, on April 18, 1864, and six months after it was passed by the House on January 31, 1865. Marking the much-delayed but greatly celebrated news that slavery had finally ended. We the people make this nation better for all of us when we Unite, Love One Another and Celebrate One Another!
So, Happy Juneteenth!
Tell your neighbors, tell your coworkers, tell your friends.

"And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength. The second is equally important: Love your neighbor as yourself' No other commandment is greater than these." Mark 12:30-31
