Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature:old things are passed away;behold, all things are become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17

Great morning!
Even the darkness is not dark to You and conceals nothing from You, but the night shines as bright as the day; darkness and light are alike to You. Psalm 139:12 (AMP)

Fear takes root in our lives when we allow ourselves to be convinced that there is no solution to our problem. How often do we say or hear others say, “There is just no way this is going to work out”? Just because we don’t know the way doesn’t mean that there is no way.
Jesus said of Himself, “I am the Way” (John 14:6 AMPC). And God said, “I will lead the blind by ways they have not known” (Isaiah 42:16 NIV).
God is capable of leading us in the dark, because dark is the same as light to Him. We may be in the dark about what is going on, but God is light, so He never dwells in darkness. No matter what you are facing today, choose to trust that God will make a way.
Prayer of the Day: Lord, please help me to trust You completely to make a way, even when I cannot see a solution. I know You will cover me and lead me through all the uncertainties of life. In Jesus name, Amen 🙏🏾

Great Afternoon.

“I called on the Lord in distress; The Lord answered me and set me in a broad place. The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me?”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭118‬:‭5‬-‭6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

God is the creator of all things. Everything is under His command. When we are in times of trouble or we face persecution from people, we know we can pray and rely on God. We know without His permission, not a single hair on our head can be touched. God is sovereign and He wants us to run to Him for a place of refuge. He gave us a spirit of power and a sound mind, not fear.

Dear God, thank You for being our place of refuge in our times of trouble. We know we can always pray to You and You will answer and set us free from any attack of our adversary. With You on our side we no longer have to be afraid. We know you will not leave us or forsake us, but you will equip us and clothe us with Your strength and endurance. In Jesus' name, Amen!

Stop Doubting

Great Morning Family,
“Thomas answered Him, “My Lord and my God!” Jesus said to him, “Because you have seen Me, do you now believe? Blessed [happy, spiritually secure, and favored by God] are they who did not see [Me] and yet believed [in Me].””
John 20:27-29 AMP

Jesus told Doubting Thomas that [we] who did not see Him and still believed are blessed! We have doubted Him at times because of what our physical eyes could see, our hands could touch, and what our ears could hear. But spiritually, we have seen Him, heard Him and felt His touch. We have felt Him heal our hearts, bodies, and minds. We have seen Him bless us and others around us. We have heard His Word daily. So no more doubting because He is definitely moving in our lives and His promises are ON THE WAY!!!!

Heavenly Father,
We are truly thankful for Your blessings and promises. Forgive us when we allowed doubt to kick in because we were focused on what we could see, hear, or touch in the natural. Renew our hearts and spirit so that our faith does not waver! Continue to bless and protect your children, in Jesus’ Name, amen, amen, amen 🙏🏾

Great Morning!

“And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 4:7 KJV

If we don't have peace, we are not obeying God because we are to let the peace of God rule as an umpire in our hearts. Anytime we lose our peace, we must stop and be sensitive to what God is saying to us. Peace serves as a compass in our hearts, pointing us in the right direction. If you lose your peace when you say something, God is speaking to you. Apologizing right then will save you a lot of trouble. You can say, "I am sorry I said that. I was wrong to say it; please forgive me." God wants to be involved in all of our decisions. One of the ways that He lets us know how He feels about what we are doing is by either giving peace as approval or withdrawing it as disapproval.

Father God, at the start of each day help us to recognize you above all else. Enlighten the eyes of our hearts that we might see you and notice how you're at work through our lives. Give us wisdom to make the best choices, and fill us with a desire to seek after you more than anything else in this world. Let your Spirit and power breathe in us, through us, again, fresh and new. Thank you that you are greater than anything we may face in our day. Thank you that your presence goes with us and that your joy is never dependent on our circumstances, but it is our true and lasting strength, no matter what we're up against. We ask that your peace lead us that it would guard our hearts and minds in you. We ask for your grace to cover our lives this day. We love you and we need you. In Jesus Name, Amen

Great Morning Church Family.

3 John 1:2
"Beloved, l wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thou soul prospereth."

God cares deeply for us and wants us to be healthy in mind, soul, and body. We can trust Him to do what only He can do, even when we can't. He may use suffering to teach us, but He also promises to heal us. Let's turn to Him in prayer and trust in His love and care.

Prayer:
Lord, we come to You today knowing that You are above all else. We ask for Your grace and healing be apon us. We recognized that we are Yours and that You are in control of all that happens in our lives. You understand the hurt and pain we have endured. Please bring healing to all that is sick.
In Jesus' name, we pray Amen
