We focus on developing people to take an active approach to getting involved, rolling up their sleeves, and making a difference as a team. We focus on employing your passions, strengths, and talents for service. Individual commitment to a group effort – We value contribution over consumption. Persistence:
We do what we do on purpose with God-centric, intentional motives. We are driven, determined, and devoted to our calling. We believe in taking action. Practical Generosity:
Being good managers is not enough, we want to be exceptional managers of all the time and resources God allows us to borrow as we accomplish His purposes entrusted to us. We value generosity so people can see God in a noticeable, quantifiable, and practical way. Progressive Thinking:
We will continually increase our capacity by structuring for where we want to go, not where we are. We act with urgency and intentionality. Get the facts, plan ahead, execute, and follow-up; these are the ingredients essential for progress. We value strategically prioritizing our objectives. There is life in movement and growth, and death where there is lack of progress.

Did you know, that every year, 4000-8000 churches close their doors. Remember the box of food, the visit to your hospital room, or the prayer that gave you hope? Churches are on the front lines of people’s lives in the community – the struggling family, the single mom or dad, or the misunderstood teen. When friends or agencies could not or did not want to help – the church is always there to support people who struggle.

Our goal is to reach $25,000 in which will allow us to continue to impact lives in Central Valley as we become a long-standing place of hope for this community. We have 96% to go in order to reach our goal and you can make a difference.

With your one-time, tax deductible gift of $25, we will place your name on a digital “Wall of Hope” every month for a year for thousands to see and we will send you a video of hope for you to see the lives you have changed through your support. Remember the box of food, the visit to your hospital room, or the prayer that gave you hope – a church or Pastor cared enough to get involved – will you care enough to make a difference?
