440-257-3134 Country Baptist held its first service in 1974 at the city hall in Mentor-on-the-Lake.

As the Lord blessed, the church purchased the property and the old farm house at this current address. It was converted into a church and the congregation has been meeting here since. The dedication of the new building took place on November 30, 2002. Jim Angle retired November 2012. During the interim, Ed Simmons and Jim Henderson will provide spiritual leadership to the church. November 3, 2019 Pastor Jim Henderson is officially full-time pastor.
