Rev. Jack Lundbom served the Menominee church in the 1990s. We also have a book of sermons that he compiled and sent us, which is housed in our library.

Retired pastor and theologian Rev. Jack Lundbom of Chicago, Illinois, died February 17, 2026. He was 86.

Our speaker this Sunday is Pastor Linnea Ek. Ever heard of her? Some of you might recognize her as our church's pastor, returning to us after a three-month sabbatical!

Pastor Linnea is excited to share her summer adventures through mementos, pictures, songs, Scripture, and the sermon.

Meet our speaker for Sunday, August 23rd. Clyde Sundquist.
Clyde was born in 1940 and was raised on a dairy farm where he learned how to work. His parents saw that they went to Sunday School and Church. Both his parents saw the value of education and all six of their children went to college or nurses training. Clyde's education includes attending Escanaba High School, North Park College , Michigan State (Agriculture Economics) and North Park Seminary. Clyde has spent many years doing God's Work in various churches.
This year Clyde and Donna celebrated 40 years of marriage and have five children between them. Clyde has taken over 60 trips down south as a volunteer, he has helped with rebuilds after storms.
"Jesus has seen me through all the ups & downs of life. He is central in my life!"
