Founded in 1860 in a log cabin. A cyclone destroyed the cabin and was rebuilt on the present site. Our church has followed a varied, but progressive path for over 150 years, always pressing on to "higher ground". We are a simple country church where Jesus is Lord and you are family! Come worship with us any time. Sunday School begins at 9:30 am and morning worship service begins at 10:30 am. Youth meets on Wednesdays at 6:00 pm.

Good morning my brothers and sisters. I wanted to share with you all a few prayer requests this morning: (1) My Aunt Judy Robert’s is recovering from total knee replacement and is at home recovering from surgery, (2) Johnny Graham A friend of mine that I use to work with at Boswell is unable to walk so right now he is bedridden, and (3) Hayley and Kaston McCarty and new born baby. The baby was born prematurely and is in NICU at the time on a ventilator. I believe in the power of prayer and that God will intervene on the behalf of those who are sick and afflicted if it be His will.
