"What looks excessive to people may actually be obedience to God."

Sometimes God will call you to do something that doesn't make sense to everyone around you. They may misunderstand it. They may question it. But your assignment isn't always explained before it's revealed.

The woman with the alabaster box thought she was simply honoring Jesus. She didn't realize her worship was connected to prophecy and God's redemptive plan.

You may not fully understand what God is doing through your obedience today, but keep trusting Him anyway.

Be anchored for the assignment. Your obedience has purpose beyond what you can see.

Sometimes the hardest part of a new season is believing it's really here.

Old pain has a way of training us to expect disappointment, delays, and closed doors. But don't miss this: Peter was already free while the people inside were still trying to process the miracle.

The door was still closed, but the breakthrough had already arrived.

Peter kept knocking. Not because God hadn't moved, but because those on the other side hadn't fully received what God had done.

What if he had stopped knocking too soon?

What if you stop believing just before the door opens?

Keep praying. Keep trusting. Keep knocking.

Your miracle may already be in motion, even if the room hasn't recognized it yet.

🚪 Grace keeps knocking.
🙌🏾 Faith keeps believing.

Due to forecasted weather conditions, Hill Chapel M.B. Church has made the decision to postpone our Community Day & Resource Fair. While we were excited to gather with the community this weekend, the safety of our volunteers, vendors, partners, and attendees comes first.

We sincerely thank everyone who volunteered, supported, donated, and prepared to make this event a success. This postponement gives us an even greater opportunity to expand our outreach efforts and do more while remaining anchored in the community.

Can I get a witness today?

God has been good to me, and I just can't keep it to myself! He's healed my body, strengthened my mind, opened doors, made ways, and carried me through seasons I never thought I'd survive.

I don't look like what I've been through because God's grace has brought me through! When life tried to weigh me down, He picked me up, turned me around, and placed my feet on solid ground.

Today, I can truly say that I've been blessed. Not because life has been perfect, but because God has been faithful.

I've got a testimony! Do you have one?

Take a moment and thank God for where He brought you from and where He's taking you. Somebody needs to hear what He's done in your life.
