Meet Tracy Gailes, Graham Elementary Education Coordinator at STREETS Ministries.
About Tracy:
Tracy Gailes has worked in education for about 15 years and is deeply passionate about investing in youth. She is the proud mother of two teenagers and has spent years coaching soccer, basketball, and volleyball. In addition to her work in education, Tracy has also implemented her own mentoring program, reflecting her heart for guiding and encouraging young people.
Fun Fact:
In 2008, Tracy traveled to Costa Rica to study Spanish abroad.

A Day in Her Work Life:
You’ll find Tracy learning about existing structures while working to enhance and strengthen them for continued success. She spends her days connecting with students and building relationships with potential community partners - always with a smile on her face!
Most Meaningful STREETS Moment:
One of Tracy’s most meaningful moments came when one of her interns told her, “Miss Tracy, I never thought I would get this close to a teacher.” That moment deeply warmed her heart and reminded her of the impact authentic relationships can have.
What She Values Most About STREETS:
Tracy values the genuine familial relationships within STREETS Ministries, and she appreciates the staff’s sincere care for the students and one another as well as the commitment to the mission.

This verse serves as a constant reminder to Tracy to use her blessings to bless others.
