In their quest to find what their hearts desperately seeks, the strategy used by the majority of these women was prayer. It was not surprising to me at all.
🙏🏿Prayer often brings clarity, calmness and even a sense of purpose to daily leadership and marital chaos. These influential women kill it with strategy in leadership and business the majority of the time.
Where they struggled was how to prioritize their marriage, intimacy and fully show up in their careers and business without resenting their husbands or feeling like they can't have their marriage and make money too.
🎯Real Talk, as a woman in leadership, I know I fell flat on my face in this area more times than I want to count until I learned some fail-proof and divorce-proof strategies.
