God Is Speaking

Your world doesn't belong to you until you sit quietly and allow the one who own it speak in your behalf. How will He speak on your behalf is the question we all need to know. He will speak if we let Him. On this earth we have relationships with family members, friends, etc. Those that we have a relationship we talk to them and we listen to them. They talk to us and we listen to them. This mean we have a relationship with them. This is the same with God. God talked to His son Jesus and His son Jesus talked to Him. They have a relationship. Weather it is God (our Heavenly Father) speaking or people on earth there is one thin we must have in common. That is we must have a "listen spirit." What is a "listen spirit? It is Spiritual listening. Listening that involves being fully present and attentive to what is being said. It is more than being quiet or avoiding noise. It is stilling your inner self (that self that satan uses) and hearing what is being revealed. The inner self (mind) is what God wants to use. That is where God is in our life. The question now is, "How do God speak?" He speaks to us in several ways.

1. Through His word. The Bible is the most complete way God makes Himself known to us.

2. Through dreams, visions, even a donkey. The Holy Spirit communicate with us these ways. Luke 1:5-38

3. Through His voice. The Bible tells us that God's voice is powerful, like thunder, rushing waters, harps and trumpet. However, God can also speak in a SMALL voice. He did to Elijah. Job. 40:9, Ex. 19:16

4. Through HIS creation. This is a Global voice to everyone. Rom. 1:1-12

5. Through Circumstances. We encounter many circumstances through out our lives. The scriptures tells us that. Rom. 8:26-32

6. Through His chosen spokesman. In the Bible God often spoke through HIS propjets, or sent angels to deliver messages.

7. Through Prayer. Prayer is a one way conservation. You telling God what you want. It is a dialogue, a two-way conversation. You talk to God and God talk to you. God takes your focus of your needs and moves your focus to His love and His power. God conforms your perspective to His purposes. He establishes Hos priorities for your life. He leads you into all truth. Why are you praying to God if you want you already determined answer. Your answer will be HIS TRUTH. Your mode with God should be " THE WAITING Mode." I King 19:11-13. Look at Elijah. He was attentive, obedient, patient, and listen.

What’s On My Mind?

“The Heart and Face ❤️ Of Jesus”

Today let your heart reflect the attributes (love, humility, obedience, patience of Jesus and your face reflect your heart. You will meet many that you will say nothing to verbally. Your face will speak for you from your heart. I once heard someone say, “the face can speak a thousand words.” Today someone needs your thousand words whether from faraway or close up.
Jesus walked or rode a donkey throughout the regions of Galilee and Judea in the land of Israel doing the works of His father. He spoke many words, but for some who was afar off His heart and face reflected His Father’s (the Trinity) message. Today let your heart reflect the heart of Jesus and your face reflect His attributes.

“Be The light”
Matt. 5:16 (Read this Scripture)

We known what light is. It is something we all need. How do I know, just let the electric light go out. We began to find something (flashlight, etc. ) that will produce light. We thank God for the earthly things that produce light for us. My focus today is on the “Great Light.”
That light is the Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Spirit). Let’s turn our focus on the disciple Peter. He was focused on Jesus when He saw Him walking on the water. ( Matt. 14:38-33). Peter, said “Lord, if it be you (thou), bid me to come unto thee on the water. Peter was in a boat in the water. He told Peter to come. Peter answered the call. He stepped out of the boat to go to Jesus. The question why didn’t he make it. He stopped focusing on Jesus (The Light). He focused his attention on the boisterous wind and became afraid. Peter began to sink, and he cried out ,”Lord,save me.” Immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand and caught him. In the boat Peter had confidence. It was when he saw the condition of the wind he allow fear to enter him. That positive behavior he had left. That faith in Jesus our Lord left. Guess what happened next the WIND ceased. Ask yourself these questions. Was the boisterous wind a test for Peter from the Lord? Was the wind in that condition when Peter asked Jesus to let him come to Him? Jesus is our light. We are to follow Him. The boisterous wind became Peter’s focus. Don’t allow the sins of this world put your light out or keep you from the light. Without Jesus as your light you will end up like Peter. Jesus’ hand is always out to you. Every time you breathe His hand is out. You may not be feeling well or something or maybe something is going on in your life that makes you sad. Our blessing is we are still here. Stay focused on the light (Jesus)He is waiting on you right now to solve your problem. Just tell Him. “Yes Jesus, I’m waiting.

Note; You maybe the person He want to us to show this world He is the light in a sin sick world.

A Day Of Happiness

Th Lord woke me up this morning with tears in my heart that eventually ended up in my eyes. Those tears were tears of joy. The tears of joy was not because of anything happening right now, but tears of memories of how good God has been to me. I believe God was happy just to see in me how much I appreciate all that He has done and is doing for me. My tears was a mixture of childhood memories as we as adult memories. Oh, how blessed I was to remember playing in the red dirt In Toxey at a very very young age. Also, living in a three room house where one room was the bedroom, living room and my mom’s sewing room. I thank God for the joy in my life as I write how I feel right now. It is a joy that comes only from God. I pray you cherish your memories everyday. I pray that those memories bring the Joy of the Lord in your life to cover those moments Satan wants you to feel sad, lonely, and disgusted. Lord I thank you for memories. Lord I even thank you for bad memories. Why, because every memory I had and have now brings me back to you. You are my greatest memory Lord. Thank you for the tears of memories that bring your joy to my life. I love you Lord. You are my greatest memory. I am looking forward to standing before you my joy maker. Thank you for my greatest gift, a home in your kingdom. A place of continuous joy.
