So much of our anxiety comes from trying to carry things we were never meant to control. The future. Other people’s choices. The “what ifs.” The fear of things not working out. But peace begins when we slowly loosen our grip and place those burdens back into God’s hands. Faith does not always remove uncertainty overnight. But it reminds us that we do not walk through uncertainty alone. 🙏

Today, may you breathe a little deeper. Pray a little slower. And remember that resting in God’s presence is more powerful than endlessly worrying about tomorrow. You do not have to carry every burden by yourself.
