Dear Brethren,
As we continue to hear and read updates on the spread of novel coronavirus within the nation and state, we must take appropriate measures to limit the spread of virus, particularly among those of us in the high risk category (over 60, serious medical condition, weakened immune system). The Elders have arrived at an approach that we believe meets the intention of national guidelines on gatherings, yet remains faithful to the Lord in our love and care for one another, and not forsaking the assembly.
Beginning today, and for at least the next two weeks, we will cancel Wednesday evening and Sunday evening services. Reeder will be at the church building for those who wish to meet with him personally. Please coordinate this with him in advance so that we can avoid groups of 10 or more in the building at the same time.
Beginning this Sunday, Bible Study will begin at 10:00, and will be abbreviated. Services will continue in the same manner as last Sunday, maximizing distancing and contact at all times.
We expect these precautions to remain in place for at least the next two weeks. You will be contacted with updates as they become available.
The Elders are available at any time to address your concerns and help you with your needs - don't hesitate to call or email us.
