My Pastor Paul Brady talks about territories or regions and how we should continue to hold in prayer those cities or regions God has placed us in.

Reading from a book titled Final Approach by Roberts Laridon
"the last thing to consider is this: once the voice of the city changes do not let the work die. You cannot sit down and rest on your laurels keep praying and doing warfare to maintain the victory. People tend to be one-sided in their approach to evangelism they go after souls and that is very important but then they do not occupy the territory from which those souls come. The results quite often is the loss of souls won.
When you begin to change the voice of a city it often starts out small. However, the change will grow as you stay in the battle and allow God to work through you.

This is a excerpt from the book I am working on and hope to have out soon.

Many in the ministry of Helps have fallen asleep and are beginning to wake up! Though it may have been years, they are finding it is not too late to stir up the calling to serve. They find they still have the same graces necessary to function in a church regardless of their age. It may have seemed that the heart to serve had an attack of A-fib (which in the natural is a form of a heart attack and may need an electrical stimulation to put it back in rhythm). The Holy Ghost is jump starting the servant’s heart and putting it back into rhythm to function again in the ministry of Helps. The Holy Ghost is saying to these people once again as they begin to function that there are no limitations, no hesitations, and no reservations to hold them back. They will move in a mighty way in their place as the streams of people begin coming to help the leaders build the body of Christ.

The ministry of Helps is a calling and begins in the spiritual realm and flows into the natural so one can function where necessary as a part of the body, a member in particular.

God dreamed of or conceived the blueprint of a united church.
Not a church scattered by segregation, splintered by fractions or torn by ruthless power struggles. He saw a church victorious, a mighty army that marched together. God dreamed of a church that unity was the rule not the exception. A dream of a time we are all one. One with Him and each other.
1st. Cor. 12: 12 You can easily enough see how this kind of thing works by looking no further than your own body. Your body has many parts—limbs, organs, cells—but no matter how many parts you can name, you’re still one body. It’s exactly the same with Christ. (Message)

Many men and women who could have been of great service to the Ministry of Helps have become lost because they felt they must branch out in some new direction either in business or activity which takes up all their spare time. Instead of feeling that the first care should be the church and how they could best put their energies into serving God.
